Siemens Step 7 FB41 PID regulation of temperature

Post by stanic »

I have a question about FB41 in step7 for s300.

Please can somebody answer- write to me FB41 paremeters that are neccessery for working of my system.

1. I have analog input of (measuring temperature)

2. I have actuator (mixing valve) with 2 digital outputs- left-right for water flow
mixing valve has 2 DI for tottaly left or tottaly right position. from left to right about 15 sec.

3. I have on HMI input SET point of temperature

System has very slow reaction, when actuator moves for measuring temperature reaction is neccessery maybe 30-40 sec, but it depend about lot of things it could be for abot 10 sec and it could be for a minute i 40 sec.

Can someone write me parameters for fb41 which I have to use.

And explain me everything neccessery_

with these indications can not give you a help.
measure temperature and then through a mixing valve, what to do?
Cool? heat? ....
best describe your process then we try to help

in each case with the FB41 can not adjust a pulse valve
