[HELP] Connecting CP-341 as master [MODBUS RTU]

Hi everyone,

I have S7-400 PLC and needs to communicate with the "Quick Panel Control (GE)". This comunication is MODBUS-RTU 4-wire, I'll use a CP-341 as a master and a slave PLC GE. I do not know how to configure the CP-341 as Master. Could someone help me?

Hi,
You need to install Loadable driver CP PtP Modbus Master (https://support.automation.siemens.com/ ... reeLang=en). Also You need Modbus master hardware dongle 6ES7870-1AA01-0YA0 which is plugged in rear part of CP341.

Thank you for information, my problem was I don't have the dongle!!!

Is there anyway we can do it without the dongle? Or does someone have the loadable drivers for this? I have CP 341-1CHO02. The download link of these drivers will be appreciated.
