RsLinx enterprise is not showing in softlogix

Hi!!!
In my softlogix chasis monitor,RSLinx enterprises module is not showing.And when I go to browse for devises in FTView shortcut window(In primary side) it does not show anything.But in the explorer window under the system section and under the network section all modules are showing correctly.I'm using softlogix 5800 v20 and FTView v7. What could be the reason.....Any Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you start Virtual Backplane driver in RSLinx?
Whenyou start it you chose at which slot of SoftLogix is located the Linx module

Yes .I started it(AB_VBP-1).And In the rslinx window it shows softlogix modules.
