Hi,
I have a PLC ABB 07 KR 228 R2 with a power supply input of 110Vac and with 18 x 24Vdc inputs and 12 Outputs.
I have found the manual for the ABB KR 228 R1, this PLC has a power supply input of 230Vac, 16 x 24Vdc inputs and 12 Outputs relay outputs.
Can anyone confirm me that the ABB KR 228 R2 has relays outputs? This PLC is fitted on an American manufactured machine.
I am going to upgrade it to S7-1200. Any suggestion on wich CPU that I should go for? Also for the Input/outputs modules.
I think that I should go for the lowest CPU and choose the digital inputs/outputs for this project and avoid higher grate CPU that have already inputs/outputs available.
Thanks,
Bruno

Hello!
Regarding this PLCs, the outputs are with relays if anyone comes across this question.
Now I'm struggling to understand the ladder program of it:
ESVk – Timer on-delay and 0,005E2 with a time scale of 5 x 100ms = 500ms. Correct?
I+ - Positive impulse o->1 memory. Correct?
SRGk – Flip-flop with dominant SET. Do not understand the TAKT input
Does anyone as the manual so that I can fully understand this logic blocks?
Thanks,
Bruno
