[?]: Can't open ProTool File

Dear Experts

I've a file of Siemens Old HMI,I've tried to open with both ProTool Lite v2.1 it failed to open & when I tried to open with Protool V6.0 I got this Message:-

ERROR ON CONVERTING OID 5 == OID_POB_CTDRIVER_MANAGER please contact the manufacturer

I've tried so many times but I failed so I need your help
