At first we download program into internal RAM of CPU928A with IM308C order number 6ES5308-3UC21
and every thing was ok with data exchange to HMI.
Then we decieded use and program S5 flash card 6ES5-374-2KG21 with same CPU928A and IM308C and there is same program in internal RAM .
in this status CPU and IM308C are ok and run with exchange data on HMI protools.
But when only program was into the flash card and CPU was overall reset ,the CPU and IM308C goes to the stop and all data in HMI set to zero.

Hi. Some S5 PLC can use only 12V memory card, not 5V flash. And you tried to use 5V, may be the problem is here. Just try to use your flash only with 1-2 command in OB1. If PLC will be in stop mode after overall mres, then you need another flash, without mark "5V".
