[?]: Problem installing D7 SYS

I have installed Simatic step 7 V5.5sp2 and tris to open a saved program.
I cannot see any CFC chart also Simatic manager says that software package CFC/SFC, DOCPRO, PDM, S7 SCL and TH IEA PO are missing.
Tried to install D7 SYS v8 with CFC to solve the problem displaying charts but after installation Simatic manager cant be opened.
I am trying to retrieve project and watch the CFC offline.

Installing Siemens software is completely new to me, more familiar with ABB software.
Any help or comment is appreciated.

The software is supplied on CD ROM.
A black USB stick with a Floating License for D7-SYS
and the associated components (CFC, SFC, TH-PO) is included for the authorization of the software.
The individual software modules all have the same installation requirements
