laptops for plc programs ?
Can anyone tell me which are the most suitable laptops (brand and characteristics) to run plc programs?

As the issue has been asked in Siemens Conference I would suggest you the last version of Field PG. Here is the configurator - https://eb.automation.siemens.com/mall/ ... figurators . In other way you could use any brand of laptor which cover the minimum requirements of software. Eventually you willl need an adaptors for establishing online connection with Siemens PLC.
