Quantum and ipc magelis

hi,

My plc quantum 140cpu67160 wont communicate with ipc magelis ( Vijeo Designer ) hmipuf7d0p01 via

140noc78100 . I have tried with the modbus serial port but still no communication .

any suggestions ?.
