RsLinx EthernetIP config

Hi,I can't find in my RSLinx my micrologix processor.
Which of this things must be the same on both devices subnet mask and/or default gateway ?
my pc ip is 143.02.01.01 , and micrologix ip is 143.04.06.93

I think i have to change on micrologix ip for 143.02.01.xx and the subnet mask must be the same like pc subnet mask ?

Your IP must same route both PC and PLC
for example:
PC IP:192.168.1.1 subnet 255.255.255.0
PLC IP:192.168.1.3 subnet 255.255.255.0
HMI IP: 192.168.1.4 subnet 255.255.255.0
