Redundant CPU S7 400H Problem

We are facing a problem with redundant CPU S7 400H, suddenly it goes to stop mode and all LEDs are continuously lit, I checked hardware diagnostic found that (the optical output of the transmitter is high or too high. maintenance required or demand of the synchronization module) synchronization module needs replace, so cloud you help me on this issue?
