ABB ACS800 CRANE MACRO

I have normal application software in my RMIO card.


I want to use this drive in crane application. Do you know how to download crane macro application to RMIO card? I sent e-mail to abb, they told me they can do that. they say me just send rmio cards we will turn them to crane macro. it costs 300 euros for every single drive.I dont want to pay any money

You have to have special tool to be able to connect and download, and to have the software. It is not a simple macro, it is a dedicated sw. The price is correct according to ABB.

You should send to ABB, because it is not only Crane Macro, it is the crane firmware. When you send to ABB, they will download Crane firmware to you, then you request the backup file from them, afterward you can restore to other RMIO card.
