Studio 5000 go online not possible

so when i try to connect (EtherNetIP) i get everytime the same message

i have updatet the firmware for the logix 5555 (1756-L55 / 1756-M13) but the same message?!

have anyone a idea?!

Your controller has firmware 16. Then you need to install RSLogix version 16 on your PC. If you read carefully in the image there is a message at the top "Logix Designer support for this firmware revision is not installed" (not installed on your PC).

If you have Studio 5000, probably you installed firmware version 20 or 21 on your PC. The main problem with Studio 5000 (and RSLogix 5000) is you only can access controllers with the same firmware version. Other manufacturers' software let you connect to controllers with older firmware but that's not apply to Rockwell.

Summarizing, if you are planning to access controllers with different firmwares, you'll need to install the older versions of RSLogix. Studio 5000 will take the firmware from those installations.

Thanks, yeah now i have installed RSLogix5000 V16 but i have no crack or activation for it, so i can nothing do with the programm
