ET200 card with problem + Software

I have a Siemens S5 PLC with a problem. It doesn't go into run. The modules I use are: CPU: 115U-944B, Axis card: WF706, Comm: 308-UB11. These are on the main rack. On the slave I have an ET200U card.

When I try to put the CPU into run, it automatically returns to Stop and the led QV light up, but sometimes the CPU goes into RUN for few seconds.
I observed that the led IM-FAULT on the ET200 card blinks at the exact moment the CPU returns to stop. When the CPU can go into RUN, this led doesn't blink at first but, few seconds later, it blinks and the CPU goes into STOP automatically.
Could it be a problem at the ET200 card? Or, maybe, on the 308-UB11?

Does anyone have the software ComET200 to please send me? Because, I guess, this card ET200 needs to be programmed.

I forgot, if anyone have the software ComET200, could please send me the diagram or schematics of the programming cable, to connect my notebook to this card?
