Req. Vijeo Citect guide for newbie

I'm developing a simple SCADA project with Vijeo Citect v7.3.
Please, could you tell me about some e-book (or book) or other good documentation (in English or Italian) for a newbie like me?

If you go on SCRIBD you can find some Citect training courses (try "Cement - Citect- Training") it may not be V7.3 but there is very little difference between versions
