[?]: How start WinCC Advanced Runtime 13 ?

I have downloaded and installed Runtime Advanced V13, but does it need license or how it works?

WinCC advanced V13 UPD6
Runtime advance v13 UPD5

I have used Sim_EKB_Install_2014_11_11


The Start runtime on PC is disabled in WinCC
(KTP600 Basic and 1212C CPU)

install only 8192 tags keys

I have installed just WinCC RT Advanced (8192), restart the computer, and the Start Runtime on PC is still disabled.



Do you have another idea?
