Unity Pro XL 7.0 Prj Backup Compatibilty Issue

Dear All,
Please Help.
I am unable to open the backup of this project I received from client. I am trying to open .sta file. I also have .stu file but its not working. The message I get for opening is at the link as follows:

Sounds like you don't have some custom libraries installed that your client does have...

Is it possible that he is using a higher version then mine? like 8.0. Because he didn't specify which software version he is using.

I was able to open the .stu but it was asking for password.
I searched and found this link for help.

Now the problem is I don't know how send this number to schneider support?
Also is there any other easier and faster way to open this application now?

I have a backup that requires Unity Pro XLS software.
Do you have the setup for that?
for like v4.1 or v7.0 of Unity Pro XLS.

Thanks for the link. Will the keys for Unity Pro XL work for this setup?
If not do you have the keys required to register?

The software worked and I am able to open the project.
But I need the registration keys. As the ones for Pro XL won't work here.
