What is the difference between Vijeo Designer and Citect

Can anybody state the difference between Vijeo Designer and Vijeo Citect and there versions from start to end.

Vijeo Designer : a software for HMI / Touch Screen Development. Newest sofwtare is version 6.2 Sp2
Citect : SCADA Software. Newest software is 7.4 Sp1
