How restore alarm lock in WinCC?

Hello!
I lock alarm by push Lock button in WinCC alarm control,
but after restart all locks go away.
How lock alarm (may be by script, may be direct write to alarm database) again after Wincc project start (alarm number for lock I know)?

Maybe it would be helpful - try enable Online configuration - Retain permanently.
