Hello. Can anybody make raw-file with 'sector-by-sector' copy of SDCS-MEM-8 ABB card?

Кто-нибудь может сделать посекторную копию карты SDCS-MEM-8 ABB?
На деле это CF карта с хитрой структурой. Помогите.
