Use any HASP emulator.
Or rewrite real HASP dongle.
If you have real dongle key - you can make your self code for HASP. This protection very easy for cracking. It is work for one day.

I know it is easy but i don't have a hardware key. Latest license is software key i saw

If you use this soft for real process automation - you must not use emulator or any other crack.
I use HASP emulator and rewrited dongles only on my engineer station only for design and develope.

indeed, medizine only for testing, real plants must use a paid solution i agree
luckily iFix runs in demo modus in devellopment for 2 hours
only a couple a feature don't work like network,..

Yes.
In 2 hour demo mode iFIX work like fully functional payed product. Exclude only network data access function. Your iFIX client can't show data from iFIX SCADA Server. But iFIX SCADA Server can collect data from controllers.
In demo mode you can combine client and server in same computer. Therefore you can develope system on one computer. After end work you can divide client and server parts to different computers with licensed iFIX.
After 2 hour iFIX automatically close all its applications. But if in WorkSpace changed picture, iFIX can't close. And system continue work as long as you wish.

No one say you register code. Because it can be registered only one time.
But! If you have dongle for any previous version, hands and head - you can make dongle for this version in one evening.

Yes, you should generate .request file and obtain .response file.

.response file contains the following lines:

May be it's possible to modify them and obtain different license.

Yes, just change version to 3A in the reg file ;) Which emulator do you use for x64 system?

If your key last version, I don't know.
If HASP4 or HASP HL, then read HASP dump. 26-th byte is iFIX version. For 5.5 =0x33, for 5.8 =0x3A. Also you can to set =0x3B, as version 5.9 must support all 5.x versions. Then write new dump to HASP.
To check result you must use utility KeyDiag.exe, supplied with iFIX.
Usually after change HASP content you must wait for some time (up to 15 minutes) wail security system detect new key. But also you can restart security service to short up this process.

Sir, could you explain, where the hex is present for 0x33, 0x3a, 0x3b, because in my regedit there is no values for this hex? I'm using RTDumperGUI for my dongle ifix license 5.5 hasp aladdin hl, I want to change to version 5.8 or 5.9

In the HASP dump 26-th byte (hexadecimal) = 38-th (decimal) if You start from 0. Or 39-th if You start from 1.
In RegEdit You can look dump as words. Each word represented as 4 hexadecimal symbols (2 pair) where two bytes ordered from right to left. Therefore if You start from 1 then 39-th byte must be right half of 20-th word.

Please immediately remove dump from your message. It contains Your ID codes.

Your dump have unknown data structure.
But I see byte 42h is 37h (version 5.5). Change it to 3b (version 5.9) or 3a (version 5.8).

I recognize the key dump above, it was released before. I had it work on a ver 5.5 win7 32bit, but i install 5.8 on win7 64 bit and the driver can not start in device manager with this dump to try to flip the version bits discussed. I pass the driver signing issues and I can successfully run dump of my 5.8 license dongle. but this key has more tags and a feature...a lot of features I dont currently have

any person pass a problem running this dump after 5.5? I noticed the reg key format is different but changes did not work.

is it true it only needs experimenting hex data numbers to find more features?

Emulator MultiKey both x86 and x64 uses same HASP dump.
But the x64 version requires a license that is tied to the dump. Any change of dump requires license update.

After changes the dump you must reload Emulator. Then restart GE License Service.

Used above in the past succesfully... also changing the iFix version with certain byte number.
I was wondering if somebody also knows the byte where the Cimplicity version is located ?

The MultiKey x64 emulator itself does not need a digital signature. But it requires that each of your keys be signed. Keys have markers that make it easy to identify their owner. I doubt that anyone would want to share such keys.

I believe it does require a digital signature - otherwise it would not be possible to start it on x64 system. Only in test mode with TESTSIGNING OFF

If by markers you mean serial and company name - they are also editable in .reg file
