[?]: cpu 313c problem

have a 313c cpu the switch is always on RUN mode when i cut off the power and power it on it goes on stop mode
the problem is that the cpu runs normally when i put the switch on STOP mode and swich it back on RUN mode(manual start).

Load an empty OB86 and OB122 into the PLC

i checked the i/o rack is ok there is no faulty module ?
what do you suggest to solve this problem ?

hello
i downloaded a new program with an empty ob1 and the cpu starts normally but when i tried to update the real time clock the time is lost and the date is set to 1994 , i think the problem is in the MMC ?

Each time you turn off time must be lost. This is normal.
