According to Rockwell's Compatibility page, it`s not possible:

You could try a virtualization software like Vmware, install a Windows XP Pro SP3, an then install FTView Studio 5.10. This method works when the OS host is Windows XP but I'm not sure about Win7.

Finally, remember that virtualization (even Windows XP mode in Windows 7) is only for development.

I install and test the FT 6.10 он windows 7 x64. All working fine. But i have not license for 6.10. FT 6.10 worse working with my existing projects. Hangs.
Then i find FT 5.10.
