FT transfer utility upload problem from PV Plus 6 to desktop

Hey all,

Can anyone help me out here.I was trying to upload from the PV Plus 6 using the transfer utility but its not uploading to my desktop it says something like check source file.Downloading to it is not a problem but upload is.

I know I can upload using a flash drive but I had a PV Plus 6 in which the screen was blank so uploading from a flash cldnt work in that case. Hence ethernet is what I had to use but its not uploading.Can someone please walk me through the upload process.Thanks in advance
