Wincc connection number?

The project use wincc server/client type. The communication have 12 connection by TCP/IP protocal. As Wincc run,the graph will flash and disconnect sometimes. But several seconds Wincc display will be ok. I guess the question is Wincc connection over 8 and need Simatic Net license.But I don't know which one license is need from SIMATIC_EKB. The Wincc version is 7.2 and Simatic Net is 8.2.
