Backup files from Sinumerik

Hi,
I'm trying to solve problem in one of the machines in plant. Can somebody recognize what kind of Siemens Software do I need to import these files? I'm looking for something related to "force" or "pressure", I really need to find tolerance for these values. I assume that HMIONLY01082015 i related to backup of HMI, NC is for NC program and PLCONLY is for PLC programm. How to open it?

I can only import PolishBM.s7p which is Step7 program for the machine. But what with ***.ARC files ? I assume
When I open these files with notebook I can find some related data, but how to change them using Sinumerik Software?

With the versiondog it is possible automatically backup the *.ARC files from NCU your Sinumerik.
