It's very difficult to help you if you don't give more information:

- What OS are you using?
- Did you recently upgrade the OS?
- Where's the problem? Running the runtime on the panel view? Testing the runtime on the PC?
- Were you using RSView Studio before this problem, in other projects? Or did you recently installed RSView?

im using windows server 2008 R2 i have the RSview ME project and the rslogix5000 project i need to test the runtime on my PC ...

Rockwell Automation supports only the Full Installation of Windows Server 2008/Windows Server 2008 Release 2, Standard Edition.

Also you need to install any available patch. You can find patches on Rockwell webpage.
