Dear Support Team,
I am working a system with S7-416H and S7 315 CPU. A workstation computer is provided for our client to monitor and control the system. In this workstation, the Ethernet card of CP 1623 and a set of WinCC software are installed.
Recently, the workstation has a pop-up warning message about the licensing of the SIMATIC NET Ind. Ethernet S7 REDCONNECT V8.1 when I was restart the WinCC Runtime on each time.
In the Automation License Manager, the requested license was imported to the workstation already as details as below:
The Industrial Ethernet SOFTNET-S7 Basis is used for the TCP/IP protocol of the S7 315 CPU communication. Then, the Industrial Ethernet S7-1613 and S7-REDCONNECT is used for the S7 416H communication.
I think the imported licenses are in healthy and correct status. However, the system still has some problem about the missing license.
Is it any missing license or version different problem? Would you mind providing some solution?
Many Thanks!!
