How to connect Siemens S7-1200 CPU with WINCC V 7.0 SP3 SCADA?
Is there any other Drivers needed for Scada or i have to use opc server

I'm wondering - I take google with searching "s7 1200 wince 7.0" and the first hint is a site by siemens where you can find the answer "With WinCC, how can you access tags of the S7-1200 and the S7-1500 controllers".

This is the original Siemens advice: "From WinCC it is possible to access tags of the S7-1200/S7-1500 via the OPC. For this, you create a PC station with an OPC server, which you access with WinCC. For this you use SIMATIC NET which is included in the WinCC Distribution.
Information about the intercompatibility of the products is available in Entry ID 64847781."
