Cannot download program into OP73

Hello,

I am using OP73 in my system. For a spare, I bought a new similar one last year. It was not used since its purchase. Now I want to restore the back-up file from my current OP73 (through Pro-Save) into new one.

For doingg so, when I go to Restore section of Pro-Save, "Start Restore" button remains disabled only when I connect it using my MPI cable. When I select Serial cable, "Start Restore" becomes enable but wrong communication settings comes in notification.
Moreover, when I go for Device Status, through MPI cable, information is fetched properly.

Also, I noticed that the image version of the backup file and build version of OP73 are same. What could be the problem?

Upon selecting Serial, I tried through PPI cable and USB-RS485 cable too but was of no use.

Kindly guide me what should be done to restore a program in new HMI..??

Which version of prosave your used and your laptop is it new or old because i face same problem you must used old prosave not the latest one and also old laptop with searial built in .
