Vijeo runtime problem

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and hope someone could help me with the vijeo runtimes issues:

I have a hmigto4310 schneider screen with runtime 6.2.14 and I just have in my laptop VD6.2.0.

-Do you know some way to downgrade the screen? I have read about this in help file but I don't understand verywell.

-Is there any upper version of vijeo?

Hi, here goes a solution to downgrade. Instead of transfer vía ethernet, in general options project choose "files archives" in VDesigner software(in spanish appears line "sistema de archivos"). Insert a usb drive in your laptop and choose the path to it. Then transfer normally. It will put the project in your pendrive.
Now power off the screen, insert the pendrive, power on, and follow the instructions on screen.
