Sm@rt Client for Win XP 32

Hi I have a windows computer with XP 32 and I want to put on it "Sm@rt Client"
When I took of the TIA V13 file "Sm@rt Client.exe" The Windus seems to me that you can not run this file

Anyone have a link with WIN XP 32?
