Eplan Electric P8 v2.4 problem with crack

Hi all.
I have Win7 SP1 32bit OS. I installed Eplan P8 v2.4, but I get error message when open program:
"Eplan can only be run on your system with reduced performance because of a hardware conflict.
[Error:4521]
Please contact your local retailer to fix the problem"

Now when I open Eplan Help->About->System information for my OS stands
"Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit"

Why? What is the problem?

EPLAN V2.4 has an anti corruption device error check, this will automatically close EPLAN within thirty days.
The only way to release it, is to re-install your Operating System, ie windows
