Defining IEC101 protocol in Wincc Telecontrol

Post by ehsanbazgir »

According to Page 36 of "Simatic HMI WinCC Telecontrol Option User Guide" Document, "104 Protocol is a TCP Connection to the RTU and 101 protocol is a serial connection to the RTU" which is exactly right. But in WinCC telecontrol, when I tried to define IEC connection for making connection with IEC101 protocol in "AS View" ("AS View" is one tap of "Connection Configuration" Windows) and I chosen 101 as a protocol type, in it's window for defining parameter of protocol, it was as same as 104 protocol and it had "TCP Connection Address" Field and " TCP Connection Port" filed!!!!!! What does it means?!?!?! In IEC 101, there is not any TCP address and it has "Link Address" and "ASDU Address".
What should I do?
