FTA for RSLogix 5000 Version 13 does not work, help?

I cannot get the Factory Talk Activation method to work for version 13 of RSLogix 5000. Is there another way? The program keeps asking for a EVMove file like the old RSLogix 500. I have searched and read numerous post and I have yet to find one that explains this.

Unfortunately, i think you have to use EVMove file...
