EKB for CPU runtime Pro Diag licenses

Could you help me ?
Where I can find EKB file with license for PRO DIAG CPU ?
I used more than 25 supervisions and I must have license transfer.
I looked for inside " Sim_EKB_Install_2017_06_03 " but there are no.
Did someone use thise license ?
