In the Start menu I call the "AutoStart Configuration" of WinCC via "All Programs > Siemens Automation > SIMATIC > WinCC > Autostart".
Then the "AutoStart Configuration" window appears.
There is the "Allow "Cancel" during activation" option.

Where is the “Cancel” button and how can I terminate a starting WinCC RT project .

Try to add button Other functions > StopRuntime.
