MODBUS TCP problem in Vijeo Citect 7.5

Hi everyone

Recently we have migrated our legacy SCADA sysytem to Schneider Vijeo Citect 7.5
most of PLCs on plant communicate with modbus tcp
the problem is that some pages takes longer time (about 3 seconds) to display digital and analog tags values
it shows #BAD before showing the updated value


ANY IDEAS ??

your communication direct or not? what type your PLC ? first step you must check connection network to PLC.
