Problem with time synchronize in mutiproject pcs7

In multi project with 4 AS and 2server(Red)
2cpu of 4CPUs time recive from server's
What 2 CPU no recive time and not sync with server
The configure all cpu's and cp443-1is the same(slave and from LAN)

I configured the time synchronize without central time master but there is problem
