Bausch + Ströbel fully automatic filling and closing machin

Hi we have machine from Bausch + Ströbel
Bausch + Ströbel fully automatic filling and closing machine type KSF5061
and we lost the hmi mp370 program
and when we call manufacturing company they said they can't​ support us due to sanction of our country (h)
so if any one have same machine type I need help.
