Just download Industry library update from Siemens website: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs ... /109480136
Then fix the registry before installing so that the installer thinks that base version is already installed.

You need to find the base name for the component (e.g. "SIMATIC IL Step7 Function Blocks for S7 300"). I did it only for PCS7 IL and S7 IL. So I don't know others.

For example:

It worked for me, for version 9.1 SP 1 also for PCS7 Faceplates but I did it manually.

When I try to install IL On Pcs7 V9.1Sp2,It always says that Advanced Process Library is not installed on this computer,so the SIMATIC IL PCS 7 Function Blocks as addition for APL cannot be installed successfully.in fact APL must have been there.moreover when using Il V9.1SP1,I cannt even choose any options,I guess It must be the same reason of missing APL.so who kowns why and how to fix It.
