Panel View +7 HMI access Siemens Comfort panel - VNC client?

I'm working on the project, where my customer requires an AB HMI to control certain functions of the machine equipped with Siemens S7-1200 and TP700 Comfort. I'm trying to do as minimal programming on the AB end, thus I would like to simply access Siemens HMI screens with the VNC client. Siemens Comfort panel has the Sm@rtServer (a VNC server) enabled and running, and from what I understand, AB Panel View Plus 7 (10.4" T10C21) has the VNC client installed.

My question are:

1. Can VNC client be open from the AB runtime?

2. If answer to my previous question is yes, then is it possible to define connection parameters (IP & password) to the Siemens VNC server be configured without the need of typing IP address and password each time connection is being started? I would like this to be implemented possibly with single click of a button, so the operator doesn't have to type IP address and password each time he tries to connect?
