I have a problem with panel KTP1000 DP (6AV6 647-0AE11-3AX0) SIEMENS. When I try to enter Start o Transfer Mode, dont allow me and show me a black screen with below text:

Then I try to download a imagen archive to restore, but i cant because i cant enter transfer mode
Is there a procedure to enter transfer mode? the KTP1000 model.
Other model like a TP you have to turn off and then on press top left corner and set transfer mode. But in this model?
