Hello all,
Does anybody know how to recover passwords from a Triconex PT2 project file?
The file can be opened with 7ZIP/WINRAR and I found strings in a file that might match hashes for the passwords, as they appear near the usernames.
Has already someone looked into this?

This would be the I-think-it-is-one Hash:

Sorry, but I didn't succeed.
This is SHA-1 hash, if you're intrested.

Thank you for trying.
Could you tell me how you found that out?
Did you use Hash-identifier in kali linux?
Did you try to break it, with hashcat?
If I provide you with a (different) Hash with known password, would this be of more information to you?
With this could you find out if the password is salted?
€dit: I meant salted.

Re: Recover passwords from a Triconex PT2 proctect file?
I have used online hash identification and bruteforce services with database of billions pre-finded hashes.
I don't know is it salted or not.
Pair of known password and its hash may give some hints. Indeed I'm not sure about SHA-1 type in 100%, because there are a lot of hashes with 160-bit length. But SHA-1 is the most popular.
