Mitsubishi FX to PC connection cable. Alternative SC-09

We have a Mitsubishi FX-64MR with a PG DB25 port. It is necessary to download a program from it. SC-09 cable we have't. But we have a MOXA NPort 5150A. (DB9 port on MOXA can be configured RS232, RS422, RS485)
We set RS422 mode on MOXA.
Connect to the PLC through a general RS232 cable failed throught a MOXA. I understand we need to make a special cable. I founded in Internet forum's two schemes:
