Hi dears
I encountered a problem in winCC v7.3 .When alarms occur In the 'WinCC AlarmControl' activeX , the 'Message text' is shown blank. While the date and time appear correctly.I think I've done all the settings in the 'Alarm Logging' correctly. please help me.

May be you need to install last update for wincc. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs ... 0&lc=en-US

What is languiges of your OS and project? Upload screens of settings in the 'Alarm Logging' and WinCC AlarmControl.

The suggestion to check the language of the project was excellent. In fact, the language of the project was English, but the language of the system was persian in the Windows control panel (regional and language). By changing the system language into English, the problem was solved.
