Tia Portal Password

i have in my small company one engineer who carry about commissioning of new machine,
he make problem with machine supplier and after few week he left job due to problem with here colleague,
and he don't give them the password to run the machine,
even the supplier when i call he don't reply also so machine is working now in only one mode.
I ask if there is one way to extract the password from the application such as it is installed on industrial computer not on MP control screen.
because i have new order and i want to change the recipe asap.
we need your hep pls.

Just rewrite the program, decrypt TIA password costs more then 30 years computer calculation theoretically.
