Thanks for your reply.
So I've to do port forwarding only on HMI side router, not on PC or Phone side right?
I have TL-WR941HP router which has forwaring>virtual servers feature
In virtual server it needs a service port, internal port, ip address, protocol, status and common service port?
Help me please

Re: [?]: Sm@rtClient over Internet router
Update: finally figured out how to open port and port 5900 is open now on my router, one issue is my isp provider does not provide static ip, and the provider doesn't change ip much often, so i want to just test, then maybe I'll switch the provider, so on different network I write the dynamic ip of the router and try to connect but can not, any one help please

I think you have no internet ip, but your provider internal ip like 10.x.x.x or 192.x.x.x or 172.x.x.x
In this case you need close this with your provider about port forwarding or receive external internet ip, or maybe provider firewall block some ports.
Try connect internally from your lan
