We have a pro-face gp 2301 operator panel.
As well as the operator panel pro-face gp 577R.
The pro-face gp 2301 operator panel connects to the PLC modicon tsx micro controller via serial interface (com1).
The pro-face gp 577R operator panel also has a serial interface SIO connector.
I unload the program from the pro-face gp 2301 operator panel using GP-PROPB III for Windows.
Unloading go without problems.
I download the uploaded project from the pro-face gp 2301 operator panel to the pro-face gp 577R operator panel using GP-PROPB III for Windows.
The project also loads without errors, in the process I change the type of panel to pro-face gp 577R.
A visualization appears, but there is no communication with the controller.
A message appears at the bottom of the screen:

Is there any way to start a project without communication errors?
Please help solve this problem.
