Does somebody have HIMA ELOP 1 Documents?

does somebody have documents about HIMA Elop 1?
e.g. the old ELOP 1 8620/11 CPU.

I tried the HIMA Homepage, but could not find anything.

Well...
Actually everything, as I keep stumbling on old ELOP 1 constantly for different tasks and therefore different problems/cards and have to search or ask for documents over and over again...
I was hoping someone already scanned their paper documents and could upload them...

Last time was this CPU therefore the number above, next time could be coprocessor, after that something else...

Unfortunately I have too many different documents about this system (at least seven folders), but don’t have time to scan them all, therefore you need to be more exact in your requests.
Or may be someone have all these documents in scanned format and can share them.
